We would be able to use the facility for the evening and there is no charge, the church just asks for a free will donation.   The area is a very large, high ceiling room that has a connecting kitchen area, which would be perfect for our Feast. The kitchen has a commercial dishwasher and a sink to clean your dishes before taking them home, a refrigerator, and a 30 cup coffee pot for our use, also there are a few wall sockets in the kitchen and a few in the hall for keeping meals warm in crock pots or heating pads.

This event is going to be our 5 year Anniversary Celebration and we also would like members to invite some family members, friends or members of other organizations we have become friends with.

At the November Members Meeting we will be making plans for the event, so far these are activities planed for this event:

• Potluck Style Feast
• Arts & Sciences Contest with money prizes
• Knighting Ceremonies (Wear proper clothing if you are to be Knighted)
